COMPLIMENTARY POLICY
For minimum 15 - 35 paying paxs, we will accord 1 tour leader complimentary at half twin basis

4) TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All tours in Singapore are inclusive of

• Air-conditioned coach transportation
  
• Service of licensed English-speaking guide
  
• Admission and entrance
  
• Goods and service tax

2. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are nett (inclusive of 10% service charge, 1% cess and thereafter 7% Goods and service tax (GST), computed as 18.55%) unless otherwise stated.

3. We reserve the right to amend the rates accordingly, should the GST be raised or new taxes introduced in the future.

4. All rates are based on pre-booked services.

5. Proposed rates are valid only for this proposal and based on the current information available. Amendments of services, dates or group size can have an impact on the quotation and have to be revised accordingly.

6. Gratuities to Tour Guides of good service are not included and should be paid directly to Tour Guide at the end of the program if your clients are pleased with their service.

7. Please do note that the itinerary may subject to change. Siam Express reserves the rights to change, amend, include or exclude full or partial program at our discretion.

8. Cancellation conditions: deposits are non-refundable in general. Siam Express however will negotiate with suppliers depending on the reason of cancellation.
