It may come as a surprise to some, but Singapore does have a history of drinking culture that is profound and extensive.  Come and join us on a special journey of local beer brewing.

Our itinerary will take you on a trip of understanding the development of local brewery in Singapore and how they managed to engender a culture of technological improvements in the process of brewing.

During this tour, you will get to visit a local beer brewery which has been committed to preserving the traditional Teochew culture in Singapore for generations.  Their aim has been to protect the history and culture of beer brewing in Singapore while being open to constant improvements of their beer craft through new ideas and collaboration.  

As a real local beer brewery, the brewers will share more stories and knowledge about local beer brewing and let you taste the beer brewed on site. They believe that beer and food are inseparable, especially in Asia. As such, they have created beers suited to the Asian palate and they hope to introduce such beers to the Western world.  

In addition, this family business also operates a local restaurant bar. After the brewery lab, we will bring you to visit their Teo Chew themed Microbrewery & Restaurant Bar, you can enjoy a lovely evening with their specialty craft beer & Teochew set dinner.
